ONCA 101: Voting at Members Meetings of Ontario Nonprofits
In this video I review some of the rules under Ontario's Not-for-Profit Corporations Act dealing with voting at Members' Meetings. I first look at the minimum number of members you need at the meeting to vote, and then look at the rules for voting in person or remotely.
