ONCA 101: Financial Review Requirements for Ontario Nonprofits
In this video I do a brief overview of some of the financial review requirements under Ontario's Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA). In particular, I cover some key definitions, go over the questions you need to ask yourself to figure out if you need an audit, and discuss who gets access to your financial statements.
